Some of the most satisfied Disney Vacation Club members appear to be those who are long-term planners. With each DVC resort having a limited number of villas and even fewer with specific views or catgories, those who secure their reservations the earliest are most likely to get what they want.
As such, many members will have their intentended vacation dates and resorts mapped out years in advance. Being prepared to call exactly 7 or 11 months in advance to secure a reservation will always yield the greatest success.
