The price of buying points direct from Disney Vacation Club will get a little higher two months from now.
Disney Vacation Club has revealed plans to increase its prices next year. Effective February 12, 2014 prices for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort will increase from $150 to $155 per point.
Current and prospective members can still purchase points at the $150 base price. Current incentives reduce the price of Aulani by $1000 or more with a 100-point purchase. These incentives are scheduled to end on January 15, 2014.
No incentives are currently offered for the Grand Floridian.
Note that Disney Vacation Club is approaching its "sell out" point for Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. Traditionally incentives are discontinued once a resort is "sold out" due to the low inventory of points available for sale.
