Copper Creek Cabin tours offered

Stop by Disney's Wilderness Lodge on your next Walt Disney World visit to get a look inside one of the Copper Creek Cabins.

Cascade Cabin

The Copper Creek Villas & Cabins is Disney Vacation Club's fourteenth timeshare property.  Among the more unique accommodations throughout the program are the 26 two bedroom Cascade Cabins which line the shores of Bay Lake.

Disney is currently offering self-guided tours of the cabins to existing DVC members.  The tours take place at approximately 2, 3 and 4pm daily, leaving from the DVC sales podium located in the Wilderness Lodge lobby.  Members should inquire with a DVC agent on property to confirm availability of the tours.

The Cascade Cabins sleep up to 9 guests with two bedrooms & two bathrooms, and amenities that include an indoor/outdoor fireplace and private hot tub.

There is no sales pitch during the tour--a Cast Member will simply escort members to a model cabin and remain nearby to answer questions.

Owners interested in adding points at Copper Creek--as well as non-owners--should schedule an appointment with a sales Guide.  Free round trip transportation, refreshments and other modest compensation (Fastpasses, small gift cards) is typically offered to individuals who attend a full presentation at the DVC Preview Center located at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.

We took this tour when we stayed at Boulder Ridge in October. The cabins were really something but I doubt we will ever stay at one. Too many points for what I want to spend for a night. We really wanted to see the new Copper Creek DVC rooms at the WL but that wasn't part of the tour. We had wanted to see what those rooms looked like.

I was hoping to see a grand villa but we were told they were all booked. BTW, you can see the model for Copper Creek at SSR.

I should do the SSR tour. Can I do one without being encouraged to buy more points?

We have toured during a member hour where you don't do the full tour, you just look at the models and leave. I suggest calling the SSR Preview center and see if they have one available during your trip.
