In August 2013, Disney Vacation Development sold 39 Fixed Week deeds for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, bringing the total to 127 Fixed Week sales since May 2013.
Most of the 127 deeds sold have been for weeks in November (24 deeds) or December (48 deeds). However, the Fixed Week deeds sold in August '13 were spread over slightly more months. With 10 deeds sold in August '13, November was the most popular month, but June was the second most popular month with seven deeds sold. The month of December had only three Fixed Week deeds sold in August '13.
Deluxe Studio villas are the most popular accommodation type for Fixed Week deeds. Sixty-nine of the 127 Fixed Week deeds have been for studios. One-bedroom villas account for 24 Fixed Week deeds, while two-bedroom villas account for 27 deeds. Grand Villas account for seven of the Fixed Week deeds sold through August '13.

The Grand Floridian villas has two view categories: Lake View and Standard View. Through August '13, Lake View Fixed Week deeds slightly outnumbered Standard View deeds by a count of 66 to 61.
Fixed Week deeds only account for 4.0% of the 3,175 deeds sold for the Grand Floridian. However, since they average more points per deed than traditional points deeds, Fixed Week deeds account for 9.8% of the points sold so far.
The master declaration for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort states that Disney Vacation Development will not sell Fixed Ownership deeds that include more than 35% of any specific vacation home type, such as a two-bedroom Lake View. Furthermore, the master declaration states that at least 65% of each vacation home type will be available for traditional DVC point reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.
Due to this 35% cap on Fixed Week sales, there is a limit to the number of Fixed Week deeds that DVD can sell for each accommodation type. As of August 31, 2013, none of the accommodation types have reached the maximum number of Fixed Weeks that can be sold in any specific week.
