Digital versions of the Portable Perks booklets for 2013 are now available for all Disney Vacation Club destinations.
Portable Perks--the listings of member discounts and benefits normally distributed upon arrival at DVC resorts--have been updated for the new year.
Disney has abandoned quarterly and semi-annual updates to the member perk guidebooks with the latest editions now claiming to be valid from January - December 2013.
The 2013 Portable Perks booklets can be accessed in PDF format at the links below:

(Note: At publication of this story, the Aulani link above does not appear to be working. It is being included in hopes that Disney will remedy the problem in the near future.)
They did give the discount, but they insisted they had no idea what we were talking about.When we got back to Aulani, we went straight to the DVC office and told them. They seemed surprised and thanked us for letting them know... But didn't seem anxious to take action.
