Disney Vacation Club has introduced a new incentive unlike anything they have ever presented before: new buyers and existing members adding-on at select resorts will receive free points over the entire life of the contract.
When we warn that incentives may end without notice, we mean it. And this week's $500 gift card promo is a perfect example. That offer is no longer available but its replacement may prove even more intriguing to buyers.
The latest DVC purchase incentive gives buyers 20 free points with every 100 purchased. The 20 points are deeded and available to the buyer for the entire duration of the contract. Pay for 100 points and 120 are received every single year until the contract end. Buy 200 points and receive 240. Buy 300, receive 360.
This offer is valid for both new and add-on purchases at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. Note that the base prices of $135 per point for Aulani and $125 per point for Animal Kingdom Villas apply under this incentive.
A purchase of 120 points at Animal Kingdom Villas would cost approximately $12,500 (100 points x $125). With the 20 "free" points received, the net price drops to $104.17 per point. An Aulani purchase of 120 points would run $112.50 per point factoring in the free points. Additional fees may apply.
With Animal Kingdom Villas contracts running into 2057 and Aulani 2062, this incentive provides 45-50 years of points at no cost. Note that buyers are responsible for annual dues on the incentive points.
