With little more than 11 weeks to opening day, work on the Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel is moving at a feverish pace.

The work to extend the check-in desk to accommodate DVC members is complete.

Most of the scaffolding has been removed revealing the external details of Disney’s latest addition to the DVC family.
The World of Color viewing deck is nearly complete.
Additional landscaping is being added including some rather large trees that have been recently transplanted, including a rather tall one directly in front of the Grand villa section of the building.
The third pool is being added as well as a large spa.
Remember reservations are now open for owners as well as the general membership. So far members are reporting excellent availability for many desirable dates.
