Disney Vacation Club members have another option for food and drinks when visiting Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
On Sunday, August 16, Tambu Lounge reopened following it's COVID-19 closure. The food menu includes several new items including a California Roll, Island Flatbread, Big Kahuna's Hot Wings and BBQ Pork Ribs. A wide variety of specialty cocktails is also available. The complete menu can be found on the Disney website.
Food is currently served from 4pm - 9pm daily.
Stools have been removed from the bar area and tables spaced appropriately. Social distancing markers are now present to help manage waiting patrons. WDW News Today has a look at the lounge and several menu items following its reopening.
At present, 'Ohana and Trader Sam's Grog Grotto remain closed at the resort. DVC villas at the Polynesian reopened to members back in June. Additional hotel rooms are currently slated to open on October 4, 2020.
