Disney's BoardWalk Villas has been undergoing an exterior refurbishment throughout 2009. Earlier this year a number of guests with BoardWalk View reservations for October '09 were asked to relocate due planned exerior work impacting the number of villas available to guests. The need for those guest relocations is quite evident at the present time with scaffolding and an active work crew clearly visible over a large segment of the BoardWalk and into the Village Green.
