Electrical Water Pageant Returns to Walt Disney World

Guests at four Disney Vacation Club resorts will be happy to hear that one of their favorite nighttime shows has now returned to Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon

As of the week of December 20, the Electrical Water Pageant has resumed nightly performances on the Walt Disney World waterways. Beginning around 8:45pm, the floating displays are visible from the Magic Kingdom area resorts including Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Boulder Ridge and Copper Creek Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

According to information provided by Disney, the schedule is as follows:



  • Polynesian: beginning at 8:45pm
  • Grand Floridian: beginning at 9:00pm
  • Wilderness Lodge: beginning at 9:30pm
  • Ft. Wilderness: beginning at 9:45pm
  • Contemporary and Bay Lake Tower: beginning at 10:00pm

A water view of Bay Lake or the Seven Seas Lagoon is typically required to view from guests' hotel room. Public viewing is also available along the shores of each resort. 

The pageant's fourteen floats have been entertaining Walt Disney World guests since 1971. The full show runs for about 20 minutes at each resort, presenting coordinated lights at music along with the Disney-themed displays.
