The purchase price for Disney's PhotoPass CD product is set to increase by $20 later this month.
Orlando news station WESH is reporting that the cost of Disney's PhotoPass CD will increase from $149.95 to $169.95 on March 21, 2012.
The PhotoPass CD is a compilation of all images captured by designated Disney photographers during a Walt Disney World or Disneyland stay. The photo image files are burned to a CD and delivered to guests for personal use. Online editing tools allow guests to add custom Disney boarders, banners and even character signatures to their family photos before ordering the CD.
The $149 price currently remains in effect. Those with upcoming vacations can preorder the PhotoPass CD at a reduced price of just $99.95. The $50 pre-arrival savings is available only to guests who purchase the PhotoPass CD prior to the start of their Disney vacation. Visit the PhotoPass website for details on the preorder offer.
There is no word on how pre-arrival pricing will be impacted by the March 21 price increase.
