Sebastian's Bistro replaces Shutters as the new table service dining venue at Caribbean Beach. Situated along the resort's shoreline, the restaurant offers a casual, family-friendly dining experience. The menu is influenced by Latin and Caribbean cuisine, while the interior also reflects the Caribbean setting.
The new quick serice outlet for guests is Centertown Market. Designed to evoke an "indoor street market vibe", the restaurant is decorated with glass bottle lights, shuttered windows and mismatched seating.
An opening date has not been revealed for either venue.
Disney's Riviera Resort, the fifteenth Disney Vacation Club property, is currently under construction on land adjacent to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Dining options within Riviera have not yet been revealed, however its close proximity to Caribbean Beach will make it very easy for guests to utilize amenities at either property.
Riviera is scheduled to open in fall 2019.
