This week's video podcast from The Meandering Mouse visits the property where Disney has announced intentions to build its first Hawaii-based Disney Vacation Club resort.

After it was announced in October 2007 that The Walt Disney Company was going to build a new Disney Vacation Club resort in Hawaii, Joel went out to the site in Oahu and took some video of the plot of land and surrounding area so you can see where the resort is going to be built. Well....This is the footage and give you a little tour.
Disney will reportedly building 800 rooms on the island of Oahu, at least half of which will be sold as Vacation Club units. Construction has not yet begun, however the resort is scheduled to open some time in 2011.
