Disney Vacation Club is poised to open a small sales office about a mile away from its local timeshare property Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas.
Pacific Business News is reporting that Disney Vacation Club has agreed to lease space for a remote sales office at the nearby Ko Olina Center. The office space is located on the second floor of the complex and measures 2,855 square feet.
Ko Olina Center is located a just a short distance from the resort itself, but is part of a thriving retail complex. The sales center is expected to open before the end of 2015.
Other current tennants of Ko Olina Center include Just Tacos Mexican Grill & Cantina and Pizza Corner.
Disney Vacation Club's previous experiements with off-site sales offices include the two Doorway to Dreams locations in Chicago and Long Island, New York. The Chicago office debuted in a retail shopping complex in 2007 with the New York location following in 2009. Following a period of economic turmoil and Disney Vacation Club management changes, both locations were shuttered in late 2012.
