Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas is getting close to being fully declared for the Disney Vacation Club membership.
On April 4, 2013, Disney Vacation Development declared 12 more two-bedroom vacation homes containing 195,480 points for the Disney Vacation Club inventory.
With this latest declaration, 93.91% of Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas has now been declared for the DVC inventory. DVC members can book up to 93.91% of the resort on any given Use Day. The remaining undeclared portion of Animal Kingdom Villas is owned by Disney Vacation Development.
There are only 21 two-bedroom vacation homes and three Grand Villas at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas that have not yet been declared. These undeclared vacation homes account for 450,480 points. DVD uses this undeclared inventory for cash reservations and for other marketing purposes.
