Today Disney issued a statement which outlines the changes coming to Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs.) As noted by Len Testa's website TouringPlans.com, the reduction in the ADR window is only temporary while Disney completes a computer conversion. Once the upgrade is complete, the ADR booking window will return to 180 days and new enhancements will allow guests to book their ADRs on-line.

No, Disney Vacation Club members do not get the Magic Your Way dining plan free for stays booked using DVC points. But the deal is good enough that members may want to bank those points and consider a cash reservation for the fall.
About a month ago we posted a look at how the Disney Vacation Club had apparently made substantial reductions in the dining discounts available to members. While the number of discounted locations is not quite as extensive as it was just a year ago, the situation appears to be a little better than was initially feared.
DVC has gone to great lengths in recent years to make new dining discount programs available to members, but they haven't been nearly as vocal in telling us about other discounts which are disappearing. Take a look at some of the restaurant discounts which have been eliminated over the past year.
