The Flying Fish Café at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort has a new chef.
Tim Keating, former executive chef at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida, will be taking over the reins at Flying Fish. Keating has four times been nominated “Best Chef Southwest” for the James Beard Awards, and has been featured on the PBS television show "At the Chef's Table."
Keating replaces Chef Jens Dahlmann who was recently named the new chef at Disney's Contemporary Resort’s California Grill.
