Online reservations for Disneyland dining

DL Dining News

Guests will soon be able to book dining reservations for Disneyland Resort restaurants via the web.

On October 3, 2013, Disney plans to unveil an online dining reservation system for Disneyland restaurants.

The Disneyland Dining site is now active, albeit without the reservation component.  Nearly identical to the site for its Florida counterpart, the Disneyland dining page allows individuals to peruse restauant options by price range, cuisine, type of dining experience (buffet, character dining, casual, etc.) and more.

Also beginning on October 3, all Disneyland dining reservations will require a credit card hold with a $10 per person no-show penalty applied.  Reservations can be cancelled up to the day before with no penalty applied.

Disney claims that restaurants in its two theme parks, three resort hotels and the Downtown Disney shopping district will participate, however it is not known if all table service dining establishments will be available for online booking.

The Disneyland dining site can be found at:  https://disneyland.disney.go.com/dining/
