Disney Vacation Club has announced some upcoming service adjustments for both the members-only website and its internal accounting department.
On Friday, May 12 2017, DVC Member Accounting will be closed until 1pm eastern. Member Accounting typically deals with issues involving annual dues payments and mortgages on a Disney Vacation Club points purchase.
Normal operating hours for Member Accounting are 9:00am to 5:00pm eastern time, Monday through Friday.
Several days later, DVCMember.com has a scheduled outage which will impact all password-protected areas of the site. The outage is scheduled to run from 10:30pm on Monday, May 15 through 7:30am on Tuesday, May 16. During this period, members will be unable to make or cancel reservations, view annual dues or loan information, along with several other functions.
The reason for the website outage is simply listed as "behind-the-scenes updates."
If all goes according to schedule, DVCMember.com will be up and running before 8am on Tuesday 5/16 in time for members to begin making 11/7 month reservations.
