Easter is just a few days away and it brings with it the busiest period of Spring Break across the Disney theme parks. Here is a list of Disney Vacation Club services and member perks that are affected by the holiday season.
Following is a list of impacted services during Easter and the surrounding days:
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration: No schedule modifications are planned for the Easter holiday weekend. Member Services is available 9am to 7:30pm (eastern) Monday - Friday and 9am to 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday.
Representatives with Member Accounting and Member Administration are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: Member perks may be restricted on Easter Sunday. The current Membership Magic perk list vaguely states that blockout dates "include, but are not limited to" Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Before making a purchase on April 16, members are advised to inquire whether or not the member discount will be honored.
Top of the World Lounge: No restrictions exist for the Easter / Spring Break period. The lounge is open nightly to all DVC members and their guests staying at any Walt Disney World resort.
DVC Member Pool Hopping: All pool hopping is suspended now through April 27. 2017.
Tables in Wonderland: All discounts are blocked-out on Easter Sunday, April 16. On this day, the 20% meal discount is not offered, and all valet & parking perks are suspended.
