During weeks surrounding Christmas and New Year's Day, a number of Disney Vacation Club services and member perks will be impacted.
Following is a list of impacted services during the Thanksgiving holiday and surrounding days:
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration: Closed on Friday, December 25, 2015 and Friday, January 1, 2016. Early closures are expected on December 24 and December 31 but the schedule has not yet been finalized. DVCMember.com website should remain available, except during scheduled maintenance periods.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: Member discounts are not offered on Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
Top of the World Lounge: Lounge access is restricted to guests at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort on December 30 and 31, 2015. Other nights it is open to members and their guests staying at all Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World.
DVC Member Pool Hopping: All pool hopping is suspended from December 19, 2015 through January 3, 2016.
Tables in Wonderland: All discounts are unavailable on December 24, 25 & 31, 2015 and January 1, 2016. Additionally a list of select dining establishments (1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey’s, ‘Ohana - Dinner, Cinderella’s Royal Table, Les Chefs de France, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and Le Cellier Steakhouse) will not honor the Tables in Wonderland discount from December 20-26, 2015.
