This month’s Vacation Magic email update included an invitation for DVC members to participate in a new series of themed golf events at WDW golf courses. “Putters of the Caribbean” and “Around the World in 18 Holes” add Disney theming to a round of golf at one of Disney’s courses.
The “Putters of the Caribbean” event will feature a pirate overlay to Disney’s Eagle Pines Golf Course complete with pirates, pirate décor and islands full of treasure. The event is $139 per player and includes a breakfast buffet before play begins and a beverage reception following.
“Around the World in 18 Holes” adds an international flavor to the game with music and décor representing many nations throughout the world. This event is being held at the Lake Buena Vista course, which begins at Saratoga Springs and makes its way through Disney’s Old Key West Resort as well. The event is also $139 per player and includes a breakfast buffet before play begins and a beverage reception following.
