Walt Disney World has expanded its popular Segway tours to the Fort Wilderness Campground with the "Wilderness Back Trail Adventure", and DVC members are eligible to receive a discount off of the standard cost.
Similar to its popular Segway tours at the EPCOT theme park, these two-hour sessions train guests in the use of the Segway transporters and then give them the opportunity to expore select areas of the Fort Wilderness grounds. The tours are offered twice daily on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The normal price is $85 per person, but DVC members are eligible to receive a 15% discount.
The tours are open only to guests age 16 and older, and all participants must be under 250 pounds. For additional information or to make reservations call 407-WDW-TOUR.
