The 2012 member gatherings will be held on four Tuesday afternoons in November and December.

The Mixers will be held in Epcot's World Showplace pavilion--the same location used for the 2011 Disney Vacation Club gatherings. Event time is 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
Epcot theme park admission is required. Up to six individuals may attend per Disney Vacation Club membership. DVC member ID card must be presented upon entry. Advance registration is not required.
The Member Merry Mixer is an annual event designed to help DVC owners celebrate the Christmas season. Typical features include complimentary refreshments, music, dancing and character photos. In prior years, attendees have also received a free holiday tree ornament. Additional merchandise may also be available for purchase.
