Only days remain to purchase ownership at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows at the resort's introductory pricing.
On Monday, February 9 the price for Disney Vacation Club points at the Polynesian will increase from $160 to $165 each. The introductory pricing is available only to current DVC owners.
Sales will open to new buyers for the first time on February 9 and purchases will be subject to the $165 price point.

On the same day, prices for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas will also rise to $165 per point. Current incentives--which offer free points for most new and add-on purchases--are scheduled to end on February 8th. No word on what sort of incentive may replace the free points offer.
