Disney Vacation Club has announced yet another price increase for two properties currently in its inventory.
On July 15, 2012 prices for ownership at the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort will rise from $160 per point to $165. Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas will increase from $130 to $135 per point.
In early January these two locations were selling for $150 and $120 per point, respectively. This latest increase is the third for each property in six months' time, increasing the cost by $15 per point at both resorts.
No additional increases are currently planned for Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas which is currently priced at $135 per point.
