Christmas and New Year's will prompt some changes to hours and availability for some Disney Vacation Club perks and services.
Following is a list of impacted services during the Christmas holiday season:
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration: Closed starting at 3:00pm on Sunday, December 24, 2017. DVCMember.com website should remain available, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Services will resume at 9:00am Eastern on Tuesday, December 26.
All DVC departments will also close at 3pm on Sunday, December 31, reopening at 9am on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: All Disney Vacation Club member perks and discounts are suspended on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Top of the World Lounge: On December 30 and 31, access to Top of the World Lounge is available only to guests staying at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Other days the lounge is open to all DVC members and their guests staying at any Walt Disney World resort.
DVC Member Pool Hopping: All pool hopping is suspended from December 22, 2017 through January 2, 2018. On January 3, pool hopping may resume at approved locations, subject to capacity limitations.
Tables in Wonderland: All discounts are blocked-out on December 24-25 and December 31-January 1. On these dates, the 20% meal discount is not offered, and all valet & parking perks are suspended.
