Disney Vacation Club Member Services and the members-only website will experience some scheduled downtime over the next two days.
DVC Member Services will close at 5:30pm eastern on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 and is not scheduled to re-open until 9:00am on Wednesday, May 11.
Additionally, the members-only website at DVCMember.com will be unavailable starting at 6:00pm eastern on Tuesday, May 10. The website outage is expected to last into the morning of May 11, although the exact time at which services will resume is undetermined. Periodic status updates will be published to DVCMember.com.
Unlike many previous outages, this downtime will impact all password-protected sections of the website. Often website outages are limited to specific functions like securing reservations or viewing outstanding loan balances.
The outages are planned in order to complete behind-the-scenes maintenance on Disney's systems.
