Pool hopping blockouts and Member Services closures are on tap for the Memorial Day holiday weekend in the United States.
Disney Vacation Club Member Services will be closed on Monday, May 26, 2014 in observance of Memorial Day. Online reservations and other web-enabled features will remain available. Members looking to make reservations 11 or 7 months in advance directly through Member Services must wait until Tuesday, May 27 to place those calls.
Additionally, the DVC member pool hopping perk is suspended during the Memorial Day weekend due to anticipated high capacity. Pool hopping to eligible facilities will not be permitted on Friday, May 23 through Monday, May 26.
When permitted, pool hopping is available to Disney Vacation Club owners and their traveling companions staying on points. Pool hopping is always prohibited at Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, the Bay Cove Pool at Bay Lake Tower and Disney's Art of Animation Resort.
