DVCMember.com has been updated to reflect the annual dues owed for 2021. The annual dues amounts were released back in November and approved by the Disney Vacation Club board at last week's Condominium Association Meeting. Dues for 2021 consist of three components: dollars earmarked for resort operating costs like employee salaries, utilities and insurance, along with property taxes and capital improvements contributions earmarked for large renovation projects.

2020 Dues Credit

The 2021 net balances may include two separate credits from the prior year. The first relates to overbilled property taxes from 2020. Each year, property taxes are charged to members based upon an estimated amount that DVC expects to be billed by the county. If the estimates have proven to be incorrect, DVC will issue a credit or collect the outstanding balance in the following year.

The other credit applied for 2020 is a one-time refund prompted by the COVID-19 resort closures. Disney Vacation Club detailed the 2020 credits during the condo meeting

2021 Annual Dues are payable by January 15 with a 30 day grace period before any penalties and fees are applied. Members who pay their dues in monthly installments do not need to take any action; the monthly payments will be automatically updated in January.
