DVCNews Debates: More concierge?

mt_ignore:DVCNews Debates

Only one Disney Vacation Club resort has the option to book a villa which includes access to concierge amenities:  Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas.  Inclusion of this amenity was largely a function of club level floors at the Jambo House facility being added to the DVC program.  With only 5 villas bookable as concierge accommodations, few members can actually enjoy this amenity.  Night point costs which run 20-60% higher than comparable non-concierge rooms make it a costly perk to add.

Yet cash guests often pay a premium rate for club level rooms with access to day-long food and beverage services, trip planning assistance and more.

Topic:  Would you like to see more DVC villas constructed with club-level amenities?  Would you personally use such an option if it were more readily available?
