The Master Declaration for what is refered to in the documents as "The Villas at Disney's Contemporary Resort" were filed this morning with Orange County Comptroller!

How can that be? There is no such thing as a proposed DVC at the Comtemporary right?

Disney Vacation Development has begun filings with the Orange County Comptroller's office for the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Villas. I'm not sure what to make of this but I only see "Disney Vacation Development" mentioned once in these documents (upper left of the first page where it signifies who made the filing.) And I don't see "Disney Vacation Club" mentioned at all.
Seems odd to me...
