The Walt Disney World Company (aka Worldco) has begun filings with the Orange County Comptroller's office for the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Villas. Among the documents recorded today are the Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, Exhibit A detailing the first units to be declared into inventory and the Declaration of Condominium.
After the jump are several new images of the resort from these filings, including detail on the pool.

The first two units to be declared into inventory. Unit 2a appears to be one Lockoff Two Bedroom villa and one Dedicated Two Bedroom villa; Unit 2B is another Lockoff Two Bedroom villa
