There are no fans in the rooms, due to the milder climate. And the beds have duvet covers instead of bedspreads. And the sofas in the studios are queen size, not double size. And the one-bedroom units have two robes in the closet. Also, the one-bedroom units have two bathrooms.Last Updated (Wednesday, 27 January 2010 at 10:08)

There are two gas grills outside on the DCA side along with nice tables and chairs with umbrellas.
Like all DVC rooms attached to a hotel, room service is available.
And there is a World of Color viewing area on the top of the building that will open in March, 2010.
