Polynesian's East Pool, as renovations were about to begin
Steve "Tikiman" Seifert is reporting that the Polynesian's Oasis Pool will hold Cast Member previews on Saturday, March 12, 2016. Barring any unforeseen issues, the pool will "soft open" for guest use on Sunday, March 13. A grand opening is reportedly scheduled for March 17.
The renovated pool area features restrooms, a quick service dining outlet and more covered deck space than the prior East Pool configuration.
