The Epcot-area grocery stop is back open for business.
Following a brief closure for renovations, the Hess gas station and convenience store on Buena Vista Drive has re-opened. The shop resumed operations late last week.
Proximity of the Hess station to Disney's BoardWalk Villas and Disney's Beach Club Villas makes it a popular location for small-scale grocery purchases by Disney Vacation Club members. The station stocks large cases of bottled water, soda, milk and many other staples which are not subject to Disney's typical price mark-ups.
The station had previously closed on October 13, 2014 so that workers could complete scheduled maintenace work and updates to the facilities.
