It appears that the resort adjacent to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa will soon have a new owner.

According to sources, the JW Marriott Ihilani at Ko Olina, which is located next to Disney's Aulani resort on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii, will close in early 2015 and will undergo a major renovation. Marriott International's agreement to manage the JW Marriott expires on December 31, 2014.
There is speculation that the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts may take over the management of the resort and rebrand the hotel as a Four Seasons Hotel. Pacific Business News is reporting the Four Seasons management company recently registered a new business in Hawaii called "FS Ko Olina, Inc."
The JW Marriott and Aulani are adjacent to each and share the lagoon at Ko Olina.
