Disney Vacation Club Member Services exists exclusively to service DVC members. Representatives handle many tasks including booking reservations, entering waitlist requests, assisting with Advance Dining Reservations, technical issues like banking and borrowing of points, and so on. After a purchase has been completed, nearly all of a DVC member's future interactions will be with these Member Services Cast Members.
DVC employes dozens of Cast Members to staff Member Services. Like most organizations, the quality will vary from one individual to another. Some are knowledgable, helpful and friendly while others are...not.
