On Tuesday, November 6, Disney Vacation Club plans to unveil a new online tool which will enable members to book exchanges through RCI.  

If you are having trouble reserving a room at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas using the online tool at DVCMember.com, you are not alone.  

Disney Vacation Club Member Services and DVCMember.com will experience an interruption in normal service hours on Monday October 8 and Tuesday October 9, 2012.  

Disney Vacation Club plans to streamline the 2012 Condominium Association Meeting, shortening its duration and eliminating some of the fluff.   

UPDATE 1:20pm:  Services have been restored.  DVC members can resume booking online and through DVC Member Services.

June 14, 2012; 11:30am:  Disney Vacation Club Member Services' computer systems are currently unavailable.  Online and telephone reservations cannot be processed at this time.  

This is an unscheduled outage and there is currently no ETA for system restoration.  Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.
