With the United States holiday of Thanksgiving approaching, a number of Disney Vacation Club services and member perks will be impacted.
Following is a list of impacted services during the Thanksgiving holiday and surrounding days:
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration: Closed on Thursday, November 24, 2016. DVCMember.com website should remain available, except during scheduled maintenance periods. Member Services and Member Administration will reopen at 9:00am Eastern on Friday, November 25. Member Accounting is not scheduled to reopen until Monday, November 28.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: Language currently posted to DVCMember.com states that perks are unavailable on select dates "including, but not limited to Christmas and New Year's Day." In the past, Thanksgiving was specifically listed as a blockout date for member perks. We recommend inquiring with Disney Cast Members before making a purchase in order to determine availability.
Top of the World Lounge: Open throughout the holiday to registered members and their guests staying at all Disney Vacation Club resorts at Walt Disney World.
DVC Member Pool Hopping: All pool hopping is suspended from November 21 to 26, 2016.
Tables in Wonderland: All discounts are unavailable on Thursday, November 24, 2016. Additionally a list of select dining establishments (1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey’s, ‘Ohana - Dinner, Cinderella’s Royal Table, Les Chefs de France, Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and Le Cellier Steakhouse) will not honor the Tables in Wonderland discount from November 13-27.
