Due to a number of program changes implemented at the end of 2008 (point reallocation, RCI) Disney Vacation Club is quite late in issuing the 2009-2010 vacation planners to its members. However there is light at the end of the tunnel.
The 2009-10 planners should be in all members' hands by the end of May 2009. Due to staggered shipping schedules and varying transport time, it will take several weeks for all members to receive this year's mailer. But rest assured the planners will begin shipping very soon and all members should receive them within the next 45 days.

Why do we need planners anymore when we can get all the information we need and more on the wonderful DVCnews site?

True Niki, but I still like to collect all the Disney paper I can both as a stockholder and as a DVC owner. Sure, i pay for it in smaller dividends and in dues but i think it is still cheaper than even more souvenirs from the parks! Plus, it can be nice to show DVC papers to relatives while on comfy furniture rather than ask them to crowd around a computer.
