Disney Websites Down

Nope, it's not just you.  Most Disney websites, including Disney Vacation Club, are currently unavailable due to technical problems.

Update 3:15pm:  The DVC site appears to have recovered.

Technical Problem

Most Disney theme park related websites including those for Walt Disney World, Disney Vacation Club and MyDisneyExperience are currently unavailable.  This outage impacts a wide range of features including DVC resort reservations, dining reservations, FastPass+ and more.

DVC Member Services is impacted by the same outage.  While staff members may be able to answer rudimentary questions, they are unable to make or change resort reservations using DVC points.

No estimate is currently available for the return of services.  We will update this post as the situation evolves.

The websites are starting to come back online. Member website appears to be working okay. MDE is still a bit flaky.

I went into to MDE to update my credit card's expiration and to do some FPs for our December trip. I could do the change on the credit card, but still cannot do the FPs.

We are behind getting our FPs for our December trip because we were out of the country for most of last month. So I am a little worried we won't get any Pandora FPs or any of the popular FPs. But luckily we will be back in March so maybe if we can't get this this trip we can for the next trip.

Well, I was able to make a view FPs but then the system went down again.

MDE website or mobile app? The mobile app seems to be a little more stable.

As for FP+ for Pandora, Flight of Passage is still very difficult to get for short stays. If you have a longer trip (4+ nights), it's best to try towards the end of the stay. Na'vi River Journey is much easier to get.

I ended up clearing the cache in Google Chrome and that cleared up some lingering issues I was having after the MDE outage yesterday. Most of the MDE website worked, but the "My Reservations & Tickets" page would not fully load and would constantly refresh. Clearing the cache corrected that issue for me.
