Industry trade group American Resorts Development Association recognized Disney Vacation Club with three prizes during its 2016 awards dinner.

Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
The most prestigeous honor bestowed upon Disney Vacation Club is the "ACE Domestic Project of Excellence Award", given for Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. The various ACE awards are ARDA's Circle of Excellence prizes, designed to recognize those who have "attained the very highest level of excellence in the resort industry."
DVC also earned prizes for the 2015 Member Cruise to Alaska in the category of best "Special Event" and for the "Interior Design" of Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
Disney was nominated for three other awards including Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort in the category of "Best Refurbishment" and Disney Files Magazine for best print publication.
The ARDA is a timeshare industry trade association representing nearly 750 developers, management companies, owners' associations and other related groups. The award ceremony was held in conjunction with ARDA's 5-day Global Timeshare Event at The Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood, Florida.
