Disney Vacation Club has revealed the time and location of the 2012 Condominium Association Meeting, as well as details on how the meeting format will be altered in comparison to past meetings.
The Board of Directors meeting will commence at 2:00pm Eastern on Thursday December 13, 2012 in the convention center at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Immediately following will be the Members Meeting, scheduled for 2:10pm.
West coast owners can attend a simulcast session at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel starting at 11:00am Pacific.

Previously Disney Vacation Club had announced that the 2012 meeting would feature a new condensed format, eliminating entertainment elements which extended the total duration. Recent meetings have featured performances by the Main Street Marching Band, Dapper Dans, Hawai'ian hula and fire dancers, as well as prepared video segments. This year Disney intends to focus on required agenda items such as resort budget ratification and the adoption of any program rules amendments.
Also changing is the member question-and-answer session which has become a staple of past meetings. The condo meeting Q&A historically represented a rare opportunity for direct interaction with Disney Vacation Club executives and resort General Managers. Questions encompassed a wide range of topics from budgets to room decor to member perks.
In keeping with the condensed meeting format, questions posed during the public Q&A are limited to resort budgets and other items on the meeting agenda. Disney Vacation Club will then host an informal reception after the meeting has adjourned, with program leaders on-hand to answer questions one-on-one.
