For years Disney Vacation Club has held regular member gatherings at a Walt Disney World location and it appears Disneyland owners will soon have their own version.
In a video addressing members, DVC Vice President Claire Bilby notes the recent changes to "Welcome Home Wednesdays" at Walt Disney World and the "Mahalo Member Mingle" at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas.
Also mentioned is a forthcoming member gathering at Disneyland. No details are provided but Bilby claims the event will be "premiering soon."
Other recent events include the "Sundown Mingle" at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. This particular gathering is held at Jambo House, and is available exclusively to guests staying at the Animal Kingdom Villas. Free transportation is provided from Kidani Village along with complimentary child care for all attendees. Reservations are required--contact a DVC representative in the lobby at either Jambo House or Kidani Village to register.
