Toward the end of August and into September 2015, Disney Vacation Club members and prospective owners will be able to view a new webcast featuring Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.

In June 2015, sales for Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows sold 107,067 points, an increase of 79.2% compared to the previous month. Due to Polynesian’s surge in sales, overall direct sales of Disney Vacation Club points in June increased 26.0% to 213,361 points.
The latest direct purchase offer for points at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas can save buyers more than 18% on their purchase. But a substantial investment is required in order to reach that level of discount.
The shift in Disney Vacation Development’s marketing focus to Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows and away from the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is reflected in this month’s direct sales data. In May 2015, sales for the Polynesian jumped 34.0% compared to the previous month, but sales for the Grand Floridian declined by 61.1%. Overall, direct sales in May dropped to 169,377 points, 24.5% less than in April 2015 when 224,472 points were sold.
In the last several weeks, its become apparent the Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is no longer being actively marketed by Disney Vacation Development. Although sales for the Grand Floridian are winding down, DVD sold more points for it than any other resort in April 2015. A total of 224,472 Disney Vacation Club points were sold for the month, including 95,923 points for the Grand Floridian.
