Disney Vacation Club has made recent adjustments to incentive pricing on ownership at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. The current price is reported to be $104 per point less a promotional discount of $6.25 per point.
The incentive represents a discount of $1000 off of the purchase of 160 vacation club points. That is slightly lower than the previous discount of $8 per point or $1280 off of 160 points.
This incentive is already in effect for new buyers at the Animal Kingdom Villas. Current members looking to add additional points should contact their sales Guide to determine whether they may still be eligible for the $8 per point discount.
Even with the adjustment, points at the Animal Kingdom Villas are stil priced lower than the Contemporary's Bay Lake Tower. Introductory pricing at the newest Disney Vacation Club resort is currently $112 per point less a $5 promotional discount.
