Disney Vacation Club owners are obligated to pay annual dues in assocation with their timeshare ownership.  Dues cover the operating costs of the resort (employees, park transportation, housekeeping, utilities, etc.) as well as property taxes and some allocation for long-term repairs and upgrades.

Following are the proposed figures for the 2018 calendar year:

Resort 2017 Dues 2018 Dues Increase
Animal Kingdom Villas $6.5859 $6.7565 +2.59%
Aulani  $7.0297 $7.5352  +7.19%
Bay Lake Tower $5.6223 $5.9226 +5.34%
Beach Club Villas $6.2715 $6.4430 +2.73%
BoardWalk Villas $6.4725 $6.5496 +1.19%
Boulder Ridge $6.5448 $6.9339 +5.95%
Copper Creek Villas $7.3336 $7.2625 - 0.97%
Grand Californian $5.6070 $5.8828 +4.92%
Grand Floridian $5.8960 $6.1329 +4.02%
Hilton Head $7.2728 $7.7159  +6.09%
Old Key West $6.4073 $6.7245 +4.95%
Polynesian $6.1355 $6.2005 +1.06%
Saratoga Springs $5.6037 $5.8564 +4.51%
Vero Beach $8.1064 $8.5260 +5.18%

New owners at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins will be happy to see that the dues will actually decrease nearly 1% in 2018.  At its debut, Copper Creek's 2017 dues of $7.33 per per point were 12% higher than its sister resort, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  Between the Copper Creek dues decrease for 2018 and a Boulder Ridge increase, that disparity has narrowed to less than 5%.
