Last week DVC put an end to a discount program which had been running for over four months. Now we have details on the offers currently in place...as well as a rumor regarding price increases at several resorts.
Pricing at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas and Saraoga Springs Resort is virtually unchanged from prior months. New buyers who do not have a referral from an existing DVC member will pay a base price of $104 per point with discounts of $10 off per point at Saratoga Springs and $8 off at Animal Kingdom.
Those who do have the benefit of a referral from an existing member will receive an added bonus: a $500 Disney gift card.

Additionally we've learned that the purchase prices for Old Key West resort and Villas at Wilderness Lodge have recently increased to $101 per point. According to our source, prices for Disney's Beach Club Villas and BoardWalk Villas is scheduled to increase to $104 per point on April 1, 2008. There does seem to be some confusion over the exact date of the BCV and BWV increase. We will continue to monitor the situation and update the site should the April 1st date prove to be incorrect.
