A Hilton with 1000 rooms?! Possibly they are planning to dump their DTD location?
Does Bonnet Creek already have it's own shuttle buses? If not, they will have to when these puppies open.

Website WDWMagic.com has posted new construction images of the Hilton Orlando and Waldorf Astoria construction projects adjacent to Walt Disney World. Click HERE to view the new images.
While not located on Disney property, these resorts will only be reachable by using Walt Disney World roadways. The entrance is located off of Buena Vista Drive, about midway between Downtown Disney and the Epcot Resort Area (BoardWalk, Beach Club, etc.), and is marked by a sign labeled "Bonnet Creek."

It's on the same land as Wyndham's Bonnet Creek timeshare. Since the land is not Disney owned and the resorts are in close proximity / competition to Disney's own, I doubt they will offer to provide transportation (even for a fee) or paid access to perks like EMH. Like Bonnet Creek, the Hilton / Waldorf will have to provide its own park transportation.
As I understand it, the room total for these two projects is actually closer to 1500. They are building 1000 rooms under the Hilton name and 500 more under the Waldorf name. The buildings will be situated such that conference facilities are easily accessible by guests staying at either location.
