Got the closing docs last night, I'll be faxing them back Monday & mailing a cashier's check. The planned settlement date is April 24th. Final price is $4015 with actual closing costs, $15 more than original estimate. If I want, I could pay an extra $15 + any fees my bank charges and wire the money, but that seems pretty silly so I'm not going that route!

Congrats! Still waiting on mine. Wish it would take a lot less time. I am ready to go!!! We got too excited so we are taking a vacation to WDW in June on Holiday Inn points - FREE TRIP (except food and gas to get there).

It is funny- when buying my direct add ons points are in MS within hours of a deposit, then the wait to close & another for legal recording. Just the opposite with resales! I knew that uup front of course, it just is still an interesting difference!
